Magna Hifi offers various products from different manufactorers. The Warranty offered depends on the product you buy. The warranty is specified per product in the webshop.

In general we offer 2 year full warranty.

For some products we offer extended warranty:

  • Holo Audio – 5 Year warranty
  • Singxer – 3 year warranty
  • Matrix Audio – 3 year warranty
  • Audio-GD – 2 Year warranty and 10 year repair warranty

Magna Hifi Offers worldwide shipping. 

  • Customers outside European Union pay price excluding VAT (Custom fees maybe applicable)
  • Services and delivery options are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • We ship with DPD, DHL, UPS or Fedex. ( A customer can specify preferred shipping company in order note)
  • In some situations a preferred shipping company might involve additional costs. In such situation you will be contacted by one of our employees.

Magna Hifi offer all major reliable and secure payment methods.

  • We accept many payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal and Apple Pay and many other’s.
  • In some countries we support Klarna slice-it or 3 – instalments
  • When you would like to pay with credit card above 5000 EURO we make 2 or more instalments. For more information please contact us.

Once the payment is processed, your order is registered for shipping. In this process a Track & Trace code is sent that enables you to check the shipment status and estimated time of delivery on the shippers website*. If you are not at home when the driver is at your door to hand over the delivery, the driver will make attempts to deliver the packet with your order next door.

If the product is in stock in our webshop, this means that in most cases we can ship it immediately the same day or the day after.
Products are always shipped from the Netherlands and as soon as they have been shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Exceptions are products with special options or products that are supplied customer-specific. In that case, we will inform you about the delivery time. You can always contact Magna Hifi with questions about your order.

If a product indicates that it is on backorder, an estimated delivery time is indicated. This is an estimate, Magna Hifi does everything it can to provide the most accurate delivery times possible.

Ordering a product through our web shop is safe and easy. If you ordered multiple products, these are orderly listed in the shopping cart. Just click the cart button and add, delete or change the quantities of your entries. If you want to continue the order process or to check out, simply follow the on-screen instructions. Here you can also specify the preferred payment method.

You run a registered business and therefore have a valid VAT number. You can order our products VAT free. But you have to ship them to a member state of the European Union.
Your VAT number can be entered during checkout in our webshop. It is automatically validated. If your VAT number is valid but your VAT number is not recognized, please contact us.
