This remote update service includes a USB Blaster being shipped to you.

In order to perform the update we need access to a Windows PC and we will ask you to install a remote client (Teamviewer)

Order process

We will ship a USB Blaster device
When you received it you notify us and we schedule a date/time to run the update.
We will request to remotely connect to your PC (Windows 7 or 10) via teamviewer. (You can watch your screen and see what we do)
Download and Install the Quartis Software on your PC
We ask you to connect the USB Blaster device to the DAC and PC
We run the update remotely
Optionally: Remove the Quartis Software if this is preferred

Note: The USB Blaster can be used for later updates when they become available!
