How can I track the shipment of my order?

When you placed your order Magna Hifi will update you by email when your order has been shipped. In the shipping email tracking information will be included or it will be emailed to you separately within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

In case you have not received your product yet and you should have received tracking information please contact us.

Shipping Problems Investigation

We will open an investigation immediately as soon as there is a problem with the delivery of your order. How long an investigation will take depends on the shipping company and may vary. As soon as we received the outcome of the investigation we will either initiate a replacement or refund.
