Order shows as Delivered but I cannot find my package

Sometimes, the tracking information for your package may show your order as delivered, but you simply cannot find it. This happens very infrequently, but if it happened to you, there are a few things to know.

What to check first

Packages that show as delivered were scanned by the carrier upon delivery, and at the very least, that means that the package was on the delivery vehicle when it was scanned. If the product was scanned, it indicates that the package can be found somewhere. So what’s next. The most common situations are:

    • The package was left on the porch, driveway or next to a gate, garage etc because nobody was home or because the mailbox was too small to fit the package. Some carriers will hide a delivery in an inconspicuous place to make sure it does not get stolen, so take a look around to see if you can find it.
    • The delivery carrier left the item with a neighbor, either by accident or on purpose. Checking with your neighbor is always a good idea.
    • The package did not fit into your mailbox and the weather conditions did now allow for the item to be left outside. In cases like these, you will usually receive a notice that the package was taken back and will either be delivered or available for pickup at your delivery carrier. If you did not receive a notice, it is unlikely that your package was taken back.

Investigation when shipping is not received

We will open an investigation immediately as soon as you have informed us about the failed delivery of your order. The sooner we know the better. How long an investigation will take depends on the shipping company and may vary. As soon as we received the outcome of the investigation we will either initiate a replacement or refund.
