What is the procedure to return a product?

• Returns must be authorized by Magna Hifi first. Contact us.
• Returns must be sent via a shipping label provided by Customer Service when available for your country.
• Returns received by us without a proper label or via ‘Return to Sender’ are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Returns received by us due to an invalid address are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Please do not return any products to us without a proper authorization and return label from Magna Hifi. This will significantly delay your exchange or refund, and will result in additional fees, which will be deducted from your refund. Thank you.
