MySqueezebox services (TIDAL, Pandora, and Deezer) aren’t working anymore

As of February 2024, we will discontinue our UESmartRadio.com and MySqueezebox.com servers.

What does this mean?

As a consequence of this shutdown, support for services integrating with MySqueezebox.com/UESmartRadio.com with Logitech Media Server (LMS) will no longer be available on your devices. Most notably this will impact users of TIDAL, Pandora, and Deezer.

What alternatives are there?

Fortunately, many alternatives are possible!

On your Logitech Media Server:

• • Instead of Tidal or Pandora you could use Qobuz streaming service. Contact as for a 60 day trial when you purchased a Mano ULTRA streamer from Magna Hifi!
  • Instead of Tidal you could use Spotify (or Spotify Connect). Spotify has the largest selection but is not high-res.

Choose for another way to use Tidal / Deezer / Pandora

There are other solutions that can be used, some options are:

Easiest way forward when using Tidal with Logitech Media Server

• piCore player with LMS (Tidal new plugin)
  • New Tidal plugin for local LMS (Not depending on Mysqueezebox.com)
  • Install the 3rd party plugin Tidal for Local LMS on Logitech Media Server plugin tab
  • Tidal Continue working as you are accustomed to.
  • Not for Deezer / Pandora

Altenrative Solution when Tidal Connect is preferred

• piCore player with LMS (Tidal Connect)
  • Requires reinstallation your Mano ULTRA.
  • Not for sms-200 (ULTRA)
  • Tidal Connect (Free, works fine, no support from Tidal)
  • Not for Deezer / Pandora

• Volumio (Tidal & Tidal Connect)
  • Requires reinstallation your Mano ULTRA.
  • Not for sms-200 (ULTRA)
  • For Tidal / Tidal Connect you need a subscription
  • Not for Deezer / Pandora

• UPNP Services (Tidal and Deezer)
  • Supported on Mano ULTRA and sms-200 (ULTRA)
  • Requires reinstallation your Mano ULTRA with Ropieee
  • Works with MConnect app on Apple or BubbleUPNP on Android
  • Not for Pandora

• Apple Airplay (Tidal and Deezer)
  • Only with Apple and maybe not the best solution
  • Requires reinstallation your Mano ULTRA with Ropieee
  • Supported on Mano ULTRA and sms-200 (ULTRA)
  • Works with MConnect app on Apple or BubbleUPNP on Android
