What is the status of my order?

You can follow the progress of your orders under “My Orders” in your profile. All customers are updated by email about their order status. If you have not created an account and placed your order with a guest account you rely on the emails sent by Magna Hifi. The possible statuses are:

HOLD: you have completed your order and want to pay by bank transfer but Magna Hifi has not yet received your payment.

PENDING PAYMENT: you have completed your order and want to pay but Magna Hifi has not yet received your payment. You have received an email with payment instructions normally. When you have not received it please contact us.

PROCESSING: Magna Hifi has received your order and payment, the order is, therefore, waiting to be processed by our warehouse.

COMPLETED: your order has been prepared and is awaiting collection by the courier. The tracking code will now be available. If the goods are to be collected by a courier you will be sent an email with the tracking information

CANCELLED: if your order is showing this status and you have paid, it is possible that your payment has not been successful, please check with your credit institution and contact our Customer Service via email.

REFUNDED: Your order has been returned to us and we have (partially) refunded your order.

If you have not paid, it is possible that your order, in the absence of proof of payment, has been cancelled.
