NOTE: There are two versions of this firmware.
we recommend the fixed volume version for most situations. especially if you have a Linux based streamer/OS!!
this fixed volume version addresses the Linux related bug of low volume.
If you know you need a non fixed volume for your specific application, the optional firmware is avail. its not likely many users will need this firmware. all dacs come pre loaded with fixed volume firmware from the factory.
